Your documents belong to you. iNeedPDF is architected so your PDF files never leave your device.
What Happens
- • You select a document on your computer or phone.
- • Your web browser opens the file in memory.
- • Local JavaScript / Web Workers perform the operation.
- • The modified PDF is saved directly back to your device.
What Never Happens
- • Your files are NOT uploaded to our servers.
- • Your PDF text/images are NOT analyzed or stored.
- • Your file passwords or metadata are NOT tracked.
- • No third party receives your document bytes.
Technical Guarantee
You can inspect network activity at any time using your browser’s Developer Tools (F12 → Network tab). When merging, splitting, rotating, or organizing PDFs, you will notice zero network request payloads containing document data.
Analytics & Metrics
We collect non-sensitive product usage events (such as tool page views, operation start/completion counts, and non-identifying error codes) to improve software performance. We do NOT log filenames, file contents, or personal user data.
